With a branding plan that was designed to work within their existing budget we set about giving their showroom a total makeover developing a point of sale package and printing their brand new Swish branded corporate literature. With local press advertising, a direct mail door drop campaign and training for their sales staff, they had a remarkable 12 months and became the best performing Swish profile customer – all in a mature retail market.
As a result of branding with Swish, their conversion rates improved, they experienced a significant increase in advertising lead flow, the showroom experienced a massive increase in traffic and their average order value increased.
